Fred started his Real Estate career in 2010 coming down a slightly different path.  Fred is a Naval Academy graduate, a retired Naval Officer, and has worked in several different industries over the years after his naval career.  He was a 3-year starter in football at Navy playing safety and QB and 3 winning Army-Navy game clashes.  After his Navy days, he has worked in finance and banking, defense industry publishing, the auto business, and hi-tech.  He brings a broad knowledge of businesses and how they operate to help create our unique home-buying/building process.  Married for nearly 35 years, he is the father of 3 boys, has served as a youth coach in multiple sports, held leadership positions in organizations, and is an avid golfer.

Melissa earned her title as Momma Bear from the adoptive family she helped. However, she is known to fight for her clients and serve as a protective force.  Melissa and her husband of 28 years also run a non-profit that works with Vets and Young Men to train them in the construction trades offering them a  lifetime of improvement. Melissa enjoys section hiking the Appalachian Trail, solo camping, and riding her stand-up jet ski around the Public Side of Lake Anna.
